From Mind full to Mindful
2024 marked a pivotal year of transformation, defined by a shift from reactive to proactive engagement in both my personal and professional life. From "Mind full" to "Mindful," and adopting an essentialist mindset, I moved from cognitive overload—constantly juggling fragmented tasks—to a more intentional, focused approach. By prioritizing clarity, balance, and meaningful outcomes, I aligned my efforts with core values and strategic objectives, focusing on the essential activities that truly matter. Leveraging the 80/20 rule, I identified and concentrated on the critical few tasks that deliver the greatest results. Establishing firm boundaries was key, enabling dedicated blocks of focused work that fostered both productivity and creativity.
